ABOUT THE RACE:

The Personal Watercraft Liberty Challenge May 2004, ventures beyond the singular concept of a sport competition; it merges athletic skills and mental conditioning with the ambition and desire to impact local, national and international communities.

For every athlete the primary goal is to cover the daily distance and endure the 12-day event.

160 miles per day for a total of more than 2,000 miles.

The Liberty Challenge is a new generation of Group or corporate team challenge, a real marathon on the water.

The event requires minimum skills to participate and will allow each participant to finish within reasonable time.

The first edition of the Personal Watercraft Liberty Challenge took place last September 2002 along the Atlantic seaboard from Key West to New York. Our event proved itself as a general interest story both locally and nationally. Our partners and tour operators have found an interest in developing our product as the First US off-shore rally challenge on a Personal Watercraft with the idea to create a water event with the same spirit and reputation of the legendary car rally race Paris-Dakar.

The Eastern Seaboard remains a very attractive market for our sponsors and offers great potentials for tourism as well as marketing and promotional campaigns.

A group or corporate team is a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 pilots.

Our package include, lodging, catering, transportation during the event and one brand new 2004 watercraft, fuel and oil included.
